This HLA table is to be used for HLA typing and unacceptable antigen listing in Eurotransplant for HLA-DPB1.
The allele with XX in the antigen list are only to be used for patient HLA typing registration.
Assays used for typing donors and/or recipients in Eurotransplant affiliated laboratories must be capable of determining the presence (with or without ambiguities) of the alleles listed in red.
If you do not find the allele that you have typed in the ETRL-HLA table below, please go to IPD-IMGT/HLA Database and use the HLA Antigen Search Tool to find the match determinant in the column "HATS Assigned Broad Antigen".
